Dock and Boat Slips
36 Boat Slips along the dock that outlines the property. Slips are privately owned but a few are available for Grand Bay guests. Convenient fishing from the dock in areas.
Kayak/Paddle Board Rack
Storage rack for kayaks and paddle boards conveniently located by the floating dock for easy canal access to the bay​
Tennis/Pickleball Court
Full size tennis court lined for tennis and pickleball. Also includes a shuffleboard court and equipment. Along with cornhole boards and bags.
Three Propane grills
Grills are strategically place around the complex. Clubhouse area, between the buildings near the dock , and the far end.
